After his exposure to the Nei Jing in Chinese medicine university, Phil became very interested in the ancient and profound text, and now focuses on teaching ten key chapters.  In this episode, join me as I learn more about the Huang Di Nei Jing's origins, makeup and clinical purpose.  If you've ever wanted to tap into the 'Shen' or 'spirit' of the medicine, then this episode covers it.
